Graduated as a Master Mariner, I have sailed for over 15 years on all types of ships (Gas tankers, Oil tankers, Containers, Bulk carriers).
Then I worked for 3 years as a Marine Surveyor on behalf of P and I Clubs, insurance companies, ship owners and charterers.
During my career as a Bunker Trader, I specialized in all aspects of bunker supply (negotiation, procurement, credit facilities …..) . I have shaped various relationships with a lot of ( physical supplier , traders ,owners and charterers ).
My last 16 years as a Crew Manager with various ship owners «chemical , oil and gas tankers » have allowed me to strengthen my experience in the field of recruitment, training, complete crew management as well as the monitoring of Manning agencies.
Thanks to this experience, I am able nowadays to offer advice, networking and support to ship owners and managers wishing to fit out their ships with competent and qualified crews at competitive prices in a very competitive international market.
I can also assist for the bunkering of your vessels worldwide.
My objective is to help my clients in choosing their crews by combining the 5 key criteria of success: competence, quality, loyalty, safety and budget.
